We take on board the bookkeeping of the business and keep it as up to date as the client wishes. We also offer a broader service, which would include Management Accounts. Many small businesses wait until their financial year to see the results of the past year. By having regular accounts, monthly or quarterly, you are able to assess whether there are any improvements that can be made sooner, rather than later.

We offer a Taxation service for the Sole Trader, Partnerships and Limited Companies

Within the broader services, we can raise sales invoices as per the client’s instructions, raise payments to suppliers after they have been approved by the client, credit control for a steady flow of cash and keeping debtors in line, banking of customer receipts, and general administration.

We have a broad range of clientele and each is treated as importantly as the other.

We use Sage Line 50 as our primary source of accounting, and we now have Internet Accounting, which can be accessed over the internet any time of the day. Of course this would have security measures in place for confidentiality. We use the usual Microsoft Word and Excel for letters and spreadsheets as necessary.

We also provide a Web Site and E-Commerce Creation facility which if required incorporates a on-line shop for any business who wishes to trade on the web.
